1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stay Lanka Travels website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before the commencement of the tour. We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The refund amount depends on the notice period given prior to the tour start date. Please refer to your specific booking agreement for detailed cancellation policies. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and necessary health requirements for entry into Sri Lanka. We strongly advise all clients to purchase travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stay Lanka Travels acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. We shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused to person or property in connection with any service provided by these suppliers.
